RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all please do not hesitate to call our customer support line at 1-844-777-5293 or email us at customercare@pendleton.ca. If we cannot solve the problem immediately you will be issued a return authorization form that will allow you to return the product to us. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Items purchased from the online store can be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Pendleton Canada provides free return shipping labels on orders exceeding $200.
All orders placed between October 1 - December 31 qualify for our Holiday Return Policy. Orders placed during this time will have until January 31 to initiate a return.
Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered final sale.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To make an exchange, complete the return process first. You can then place another order for the desired product. Once we receive the returned item, we process your refund.
EXCLUSIONS
- "Final Sale" Clearance items and items at 50% + do not qualify for returns.
- Shipping charges will be calculated on a per-case basis for orders under $200.
- Refunds must be returned to the original form of payment.
