Zip-top tote bag with multiple pockets inside and out. Exterior has a large zip-close pocket plus two mesh side pockets for water bottles or a small umbrella; roomy interior has numerous pockets to stow and organize small items. Free Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty days of receipt of purchase on items that have not been worn, altered or modified in any way, and with all tags attached in the original packaging.*

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier company, we (RFE) are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Proof of delivery can be in the form of, but is not limited to the following: a GPS location of courier at the time of delivery, a photo of the package on doorstep or place or residence, or a "verbal signature". 

If the package was lost or stolen, and the courier company can provide proof of delivery, it is up to the customer to make a claim with their credit card company.
